Floodlight Form Sync is an integration that allows authorized website administrators to connect website form submissions with spreadsheets in their Google account.

Use of Google services is also subject to the applicable terms and policies provided by Google.
Floodlight Form Sync accesses Google services only after an authorized user grants the requested permissions through Google’s authorization process.
Users may revoke those permissions through their Google Account at any time.

Floodlight Form Sync uses Google user data only to provide or maintain the functionality requested by the authorized user.
Our services may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, website platforms, plugins, APIs, and Google services.
Floodlight Design does not control the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services and cannot guarantee that those services will remain available or unchanged.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of our services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, or operational reasons.
We may also update integrations in response to changes made by third-party platforms or APIs.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we take reasonable measures to provide reliable and secure services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every service will be free from errors or disruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Floodlight Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Access to a service or integration may be discontinued if it is misused, presents a security risk, violates these Terms, or is no longer supported.
Users may discontinue use of Floodlight Form Sync at any time and may revoke its Google account permissions through their Google Account.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, third-party requirements, or applicable laws.
